Fabian had been making kettle corn in Phoenix for years, and after marrying his wife, Brittany, decided to branch out on his own creating his company, Mainely Kettle Korn. Brittany, being a native of Maine, wanted to come back to her home and together began mixing North East ideas and South Western recipes. Brittany and Fabian now live in the small town of East Knox with their golden retriever Rossie.
